A comprehensive package to set up your entire wedding bar.
Save up to 25% while turning your alcohol into a full-service wedding bar! We'll provide all non-alcoholic supplies for your wedding, as well as a complete and specific alcohol list based on your wedding's needs.
This Special has a 50-guest minimum, and includes up to 8 hours of bartending labor, of which 2 must be dedicated to setup and cleanup.
Cups, Napkins, Straws
We provide cups for all softdrinks, wine, cocktails, and water. This is typically a combination of 9oz plastic crystal cups for wine and spirit cocktails, 12oz plastic crystal cups for softdrinks and mixer cocktails, and 10oz cold cups for water.
Ice & Water Station
We'll bring all of the ice needed to chill drinks, serve cocktails, and chill the the drinking water. The water station includes cups, and has a free option for infusion if desired.
Full Softdrinks
"Wedding Bells" includes our full softdrink package, which provides all of the common requests—Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Giner Ale, Squirt, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Cranberry, Pineapple, Orange, and Grapefruit. Alterations can be made to accomodate your guests.
Mixers & Garnishes
Our full mixers and garnishes package covers every major cocktail request, which includes lemon juice, lime juice, grenadine, simple syrup, sour mix, bitters, salt, and tajin, as well as plenty of limes, lemons, oranges, olives, mint, and cocktail cherries, as well as any produce needed for your signature cocktails!
Signature Cocktails
We'll work with you to design the right signature cocktails for your wedding, as well as include all additional supplies for those cocktails and an appropriate alcohol list modification for each. The Special provides two signature cocktails, and if the third cocktail only requires softdrink allocation, (poloma, rum & coke, gin & tonic, etc.) we add that for free, as well!
Bar Staff
Unlike or regular orders, the Wedding Bells Special includes all bar staff in the per-capita rate. Up to 8 hours of labor is included in that price, 6 hours of service and 2 hours of setup, but additional hours can be added.
The first bartender will always be our head bartender. For weddings of 100 guests ore more, additional staff is also provided.
100 guests — 2 bartenders
150 guests — 2 bartenders & barback
200 guests — 3 bartenders
250 guests — 3 bartenders & barback
Weddings over 300 guests will be discussed based on the specifics of the venue and schedule.
Additional hours, either scheduled ahead of time or as an extension, are billable as overtime. Those rates are
Bar Planning
We'll help you plan the details of your wedding bar based on your guests, the venue, and your dreams for your wedding. Everything from satellite bars to cocktails hours, what kinds of drinks your families and friends prefer, and accomodating minors and NA drinkers.
Alcohol List
From that, we will give you an exact list of potable stock (alcohol) to be provided, how much of each, and the best ways to acquire that supply.
Like most small and medium-sized caterers, in California, Baritone is only licensed to offer "dry" services, but with our knowledge and expertise, and your bridesmaids and groomsmen, we can still help remove this item from your to-do list entirely!
Venue Walkthrough
On one of the days you're doing preparations at the venue, we can meet you there and discuss any logistics regarding bar service, scheduling, and locations as needed to ensure that everything works like clockwork on your big dar!
If you're hiring a wedding coordinator, these walkthroughs are especially helpful when they're present.
Need the Bar?
Most venues have their own bars, both fixed and portable. If not, we can either include a bar at an additional cost, or help you procure one elsewhere based on the type of bar you want.
For smaller satellite bars, our folding bar and backbar are available to use at no additional cost.
